Prior to joining TrustLayer, Derek served as Vice President for Northern Europe and the Middle East at Bitdefender, where he led regional sales execution, scaled high-performing teams, and strengthened channel-led growth across multiple markets. He has also held senior sales leadership roles across the cybersecurity sector, consistently delivering results in highly competitive B2B environments.
