We’re building what’s next – together

We’re levelling up. Here’s what that means for you.

This is an important update about where we’re heading, and how it sets us all up for long-term success.

We’re proud of what we’ve built with our partners: a platform that’s centred on value, flexibility, and growth. Now, we’re making a strategic move to go further. We are transitioning to a new company entity that will give us a stronger foundation for the future.

Why? So we can move faster. Make things simpler. And deliver even more value to you, your customers, and your bottom line.

This ransition is backed by a group of committed shareholders and will not cause any disruption. Our platform, services, and support remain fully operational, just as they’ve always been.

Your agreements, contracts and customer relationships will continue seamlessly under the new entity. You should have received updated financial and banking details from 9th May. If not, your account manager is on hand to help.

We’re also excited to share our new brand: TrustLayer.

It’s more than just a name. It’s a clear signal of our mission, values, and direction. Built with the same team, same technology, and same focus on helping you grow.

More details will follow, and we’ll keep communication clear and timely as we move through this transition.

Thanks for being part of the journey. We’re just getting started – and we’re glad you’re with us.

Welcome to TrustLayer.
