Reduce alert fatigue, tighten controls, and finally see the bigger picture across cloud, SaaS and your own platform.
Misconfigurations are still one of the top reasons for cloud security incidents. And too often, posture management tools surface risks without the context or control to fix them fast.
Posture Management 3.0 changes that. With new visibility across your TrustLayer modules, tighter admin control and streamlined onboarding, it brings more clarity to the mess of cloud and SaaS security.
Here’s what’s new.
A new connector that checks our own house
The headline feature in 3.0 is the USS Connector, a new way to bring TrustLayer-native configuration checks into your posture view.
That means you can now assess how your Web Security, Email Security and CASB modules are configured, right alongside Microsoft 365, Salesforce, AWS, Azure and GCP.
If you’re a partner or MSP, the connector scales across every child account, making it easy to spot configuration gaps across tenants and apply fixes where needed. It’s currently available in Early Access — just apply the licence to get started.
Admin access control that makes sense
You can now limit who sees what on the Posture dashboard using role-based permissions. Useful if you don’t want your whole team accessing sensitive posture data. Essential if you’re managing accounts for others.
More coverage, less noise
We’ve made it easier to connect services, spot what matters and skip the false alarms. This release includes improvements to speed up onboarding, reduce noise and give you more control over who sees posture data.
- New admin access rules: let you define who can view or manage the Posture dashboard across teams or customers.
- A PowerShell script: now automates most of the setup for Microsoft 365 and Azure connectors.
- EC2 checks in AWS: now let you choose how long an instance can be stopped before triggering an alert, cutting down on false positives.
- New posture controls: added for Microsoft 365 (Exchange, IAM, Outlook, Teams) and Cyber Essentials.
Part of something bigger
Posture Management 3.0 isn’t just another feature release — it’s part of a bigger push to unify how you manage risk across your environment.
TrustLayer already brings email, web, cloud apps, users and posture security into one platform. Now, with posture checks running across both third-party services and TrustLayer’s own modules, you get full-spectrum visibility from a single place.
No patchwork tools. No manual audits. No gaps.
Built for speed, designed to scale
Whether you’re preparing for compliance audits, securing SaaS sprawl, or reducing misconfiguration alerts across tenants, Posture Management 3.0 is designed to make posture easy to deploy and even easier to act on.
It supports API-based connections to AWS, Azure, GCP, Microsoft 365 and Salesforce — with licensing that scales per connector.
Want more control? Try it today
The USS Connector is live in Early Access, and new posture checks are already in development. If you’re an existing TrustLayer customer or partner, it’s quick to activate — just add the licence and go.
Have ideas for additional checks? Send them our way. Many of the new controls in 3.0 were driven by feedback from security teams, CSMs and pre-sales.
