Andrew Skirton, Chairman
Andrew Skirton has over 30 years’ experience in investment management, spanning executive and non-executive roles across global institutions. As Co-CEO of Barclays Global Investors, he helped drive rapid global expansion, building multi-billion-dollar ETF and hedge fund businesses and scaling active management across Europe and Asia.
He went on to chair Gartmore, supporting its leadership team through IPO and eventual sale to Henderson, and later became Chairman of Pool Reinsurance, working with government and the insurance sector to strengthen national resilience to terrorism risk.
Tim Cagle, Non Executive Director
Tim Cagle has worked in the commodities manufacturing and trading business for 30 years. Tim is currently President of E3Energie and Chief Investment Officer of TWC Capital. He currently serves on the board of several technology focused companies and as an advisor for Scottline Healthcare, a revolutionary blockchain based approach to health care reform.
Tim’s experience includes starting and funding new ventures, risk management, financial management and logistics. He graduated with honours with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering in 1981 and a MBA in 1987.
Grahame Smee, Non Executive Director
Grahame Smee is a multi-exit entrepreneur and strategic operator with deep roots in IT distribution, SaaS platforms, cyber and cloud transformation
Across three decades, Grahame has launched, scaled, and exited businesses in cybersecurity, infrastructure, and cloud software, including EquIP (acquired by Horizon), Cohort (acquired by Exertis), and 4SEC Group (acquired by QBS Group). His portfolio also includes strategic investments and board-level roles in data analytics, compliance, and managed services ventures—each built on scalable platforms and partner-first strategies.
He combines commercial acuity with deep operational experience, spanning legal structuring, financial modelling, and platform design. Investors value his ability to identify market inflexion points, construct high-growth ecosystems, and deliver outcomes across multiple industries.
